What we collect
When you join the waitlist or purchase a license, we store the email address you provide. If you contact us, we also store the name and message you provide. Payment processing is handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To notify you when the product launches or signups open.
- To respond to support and contact messages.
- To send critical service updates (downtime, security, billing changes).
- To understand aggregate usage patterns so we can improve the product.
We do not send marketing email unless you separately opt in. You can unsubscribe from any non-essential email at any time.
Cookies
This site uses minimal cookies for session functionality and anonymous traffic analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to third parties.
Data retention
We keep your email for as long as needed to deliver your license and download link, provide support, or while you remain on the waitlist. You can request deletion at any time by contacting support@wowforeverbot.com and we will remove your data within 30 days.
Third-party services
- Stripe — processes payments. See Stripe's privacy policy for card data handling.
- Supabase — hosts our database. Data is stored in encrypted form at rest.
We do not share, sell, or rent your personal data to any other party.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate information, or full deletion at any time. Email support@wowforeverbot.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
WowForeverBot is not directed at anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change how we handle your data, we will update this page and notify you by email before the change takes effect.
